Monochrome Mondays

John Moulton Barn

Back in September of 2010 my husband I made our first visit to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  On a cold blustery morning with snow falling on the Teton Mountain Range, we drove to Mormon Row an historical site in the Jackson Hole valley, also known as Antelope Flats.  Back in the 1890’s, Mormon homesteaders began arriving from Idaho to create a new community.  Along with several original homes, the John Moulton Barn is an iconic sight that is one of the most photographed barns in the United States.

Sydney Harbor Bridge and Opera House

My husbands sister lives in Australia along with her 6 children, their spouses and grandchildren.  Back in 2006 we attended our nieces wedding in Queensland.  We spent several days exploring Sydney and enjoyed the view from a boat touring the harbor.
